Your monthly subscription is calculated from the number of assets and building-level obligations held in SAMTAP. There is no platform fee or charge per user.

A tracked record is either a physical asset, such as a boiler or fire door, or a duty held at building level, such as a fire risk assessment. Billing begins when each record goes live in SAMTAP.

Billing is monthly and reflects the live assets and building-level obligations tracked in SAMTAP. There is no fixed-term commitment, and you can leave at any time. Customers who prefer annual billing can pay 12 months in advance and receive a 10% reduction. Prices exclude VAT.

You can add your own sites, assets and documents at no additional cost, or ask us to provide a separately priced onboarding service.

Tags are a separate one-off cost
As a guide, 200 branded and encoded 40mm on-metal NFC tags cost approximately £430. The final price is confirmed against the tag specification, quantity, branding and any fitting requirements.
