System build
Building the client's register with all buildings, assets and duties from their existing records. Days estimated on the quotation.

Onsite tagging
Fitting and encoding tags on site when the client requests it.
A record is a duty-carrying asset or building in the register.
A fire alarm panel
One record. The weekly test, the periodic service and the commissioning certificate belong to it, however many duties that is.
A building carrying an FRA and an EICR
One record. The building itself holds the fire risk assessment and the electrical installation condition report; the number of duties does not change the price.
How the pricing works.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT.
How does monthly billing work?
Monthly is rolling: 30 days notice, leave any time.
How does annual in advance work?
Annual in advance is 12 months less 10 per cent, fixed for the year.
Is there a limit on obligations?
No. Obligations are unlimited within a band. You pay for records, not duties.
What is a record?
A record is a duty-carrying asset or building in the register.
What happens if we go over our band?
Your band is checked monthly against your record count. If you exceed your band by more than 10 per cent, you move to the band that fits. On a monthly plan the new price applies from your next billing date. On an annual plan we issue a pro rata invoice for the difference from that month to your renewal date, and the new band applies at renewal. We tell you before either happens; you will never get an invoice you weren't warned about.
Are there per-user charges or a setup fee?
No per-user charges, no setup fee, and unlimited contractor access.
What is Enterprise?
Enterprise is a quote: national estates, frameworks, white-label partners.
Can we start monthly and move to annual?
Yes, any time, with credit for the unused month.
Do you support Scottish and English estates?
Yes. Jurisdiction is a field on every building and duties attach accordingly.
Do I have to buy tags?
No. SAMTAP works without them. Tags make on-site evidence capture faster and are the only way to prove the engineer was at the asset.
Do you help set up our register?
Yes. We can build it for you from your existing records and tag your assets on site. Ask for a quote.
